23GRAPHY (the “Company”) collects and uses personal information for shoot inquiries and booking consultations as described below. Please review the details before deciding whether to consent.
1. Information collected
- Required: name, contact (phone number)
- Optional: preferred shoot date, shoot type, message
2. Purpose of collection & use
- Receiving and consulting on shoot inquiries
- Scheduling and booking-related contact
- Delivering service-related notices
3. Retention & use period
Collected personal information is retained for one year after the inquiry/consultation is completed, then destroyed without delay. Where retention is required by applicable law, it is kept for that period.
4. Right to refuse & consequences
You have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of your personal information. However, if you do not consent to the required items, your inquiry may not be processed.
5. Outsourcing & third-party provision
As a rule, the Company does not provide personal information to third parties without your consent. If outsourcing is necessary to provide the service, we will disclose the details and obtain consent in advance.
