Consent to Portfolio & Promotional Use of Photos
Effective date: June 4, 2026
This is an optional consent allowing 23GRAPHY to use the results of a shoot (photos/videos that include the likeness of you and your companions) for the Company’s portfolio and promotional purposes. Declining does not affect your use of the photography service in any way.
1. Covered content
Photos and videos created during the shoot in which the likeness of you or a person photographed with you is identifiable.
2. Purpose & scope of use
- Posting on the official 23GRAPHY website portfolio gallery
- Producing promotional materials such as social media, ads, print
- Commercial and non-commercial use for service introduction and marketing
3. Portrait rights & nature of consent
You consent to granting the Company the right to use the likeness of yourself and your companions included in the photos. If companions are present, you warrant that you have obtained their consent to such use.
4. Withdrawal of consent
You may withdraw this consent at any time. Upon a withdrawal request, the Company will stop posting and remove the relevant content within a reasonable period. This excludes physical media such as printed materials that have already been distributed and cannot be recalled.
5. If you do not consent
If you do not check this consent, the shoot results will be used only to deliver to you and will not be used for the portfolio or promotion.
